Each owner of a lot in Section 2, by virtue of their ownership, automatically become a member of the association for any site built homes and agrees to pay all, if any, annual dues and assessments.

Certificate and Bylaws – These by Bylaws were filed with the county in November, 2015 and are legally enforceable.
Deed for Park and Detention Pond – These Deeds have been recorded in Montgomery County Records and officially belongs to RPC Section 2 HOA.
